Initial Consultation-

Your initial consultation is completely free!!

The initial consultation is just to get to know you and to find out more about you.

We want to get to know you, your budget, and your vision, so that we can make the most of our time together and give you a starting point for your planning even if you choose not to utilize our services. This consultation usually lasts about 1 hour.

The DIY Bride Package-

Even if you are a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Bride and don’t want or need a lot of planning services, we can help you get started. At 1850 Events, the DIY bride is always welcome! We provide a meeting up to three hours to help you get started.

Wedding Planning Services include, but are not limited to the following:

· Help developing your budget

· Finding your wedding style

· Event tracking tools

· Custom planning tool to help show you where to go from here based on the meeting

· Vendor recommendations

· Budget savvy advice

 

Wedding Day Coordination-

Even if you’ve checked everything off your list, a Wedding Day Coordinator is a necessity so that everyone, especially you, the bride, can relax and enjoy the most precious moments you’ve been working toward. Rest assured we will have your best interest and vision at heart. We will do much more than just coordinate the “day of” your wedding. We will work all week long to ensure that each vendor is organized and scheduled on time, everything will arrive to its desired destination, and all will go smoothly on your wedding day.  

 

Wedding Planning Services include, but are not limited to the following:

· Consultation and continuous communication

· Vendor contact to confirm day-of details (week prior to wedding)

· Wedding day timeline, contact list, and management of all details from start to finish, keeping the day on schedule

· Event schedule for your wedding party and family

· Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics (including altar arrangements if needed)

· Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors

· Acting as a liason between bride, family, and vendors

· Setting up wedding decorations as needed

· Access to our wedding day emergency kit

 

Partial Wedding Planning-

If you've started the process but aren't sure what to do next. Partial Wedding Planning can be anywhere in between Full Wedding Production and Wedding Day Coordination. Let us create the right package for you, wherever you are in the planning process.

· Consultation and continuous communication

· Help in finding and booking vendors

· Negotiations and help in finalizing vendor contracts

· Advice on wedding design

· Vendor contact to confirm day-of details

· Wedding day timeline, contact list and management of all details from start to finish, keeping the day on schedule

· Event Schedule for your wedding party and family

Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics (including altar arrangements if needed)

· Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors

· Acting as a liaison between bride, family and vendors

· Access to our wedding day emergency kit

 

Full Wedding Planning, For the Bride Who Wants it All-

With Full Wedding Planning, we take care of each and every detail from start to finish. Our job is to give you options that work best within your budget. On your wedding day, my personal assistant and I will be by your side helping make your wedding day perfect.

Wedding Planning Services include, but are not limited to the following:

· Consultation and continuous communication

· Venue and vendor selection (up to three venue site visits together)

· Month by month task list

· Negotiations and finalizing vendor contracts

· Wedding design for all aspects of the event

· Vendor contact throughout the process, including onsite meetings

· Wedding day timeline, contact list and management of all details from start to finish, keeping the day on schedule

· Event Schedule for your wedding party and family

· Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics, including alternative arrangements if necessary

· Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors, staging and securing proper set up

· Acting as a liaison between bride, family and vendors

· Access to our wedding day emergency kit
